As a nonprofit organization, we rely on the generous support of individuals and organizations to help us continue to provide our services. We want partners, donors, funders, local governments, and the public to see firsthand the need our programs and the impact we all can have by providing them.

2025

Arizona Peer & Family Career Academy continues to strengthen Arizona’s workforce through training, professional development, and leadership opportunities rooted in lived experience. In 2025, PFCA supported more than 2,700 training completions, hosted 143 trainings and events statewide, and this year hosted our third Embracing Hope Conference with over 225 attendees. Participants consistently report increased confidence, improved job performance, and meaningful personal growth, reflecting our commitment to recovery, resilience, wellness, and community connection across Arizona.


2024

This year centered on meaningful growth, stronger statewide representation, and a wider range of training opportunities. We also celebrated hosting our second annual conference.

2023

This year was focused on growth, statewide representation and expanding our training offerings. We held our second conference.

2022

We had an exciting year accomplishing major milestones for our growing organization.

Note: We were under fiscal sponsorship of TAPAZ from January 2022 until July 2022.

2021

We focused on ensuring a solid foundation as a newly developed independent non profit. We appreciate our founding board, consultants, and funders for believing in PFCA’s mission.
