This award recognizes a Certified Forensic Peer Support professional in Arizona who demonstrates exceptional commitment to supporting individuals involved in justice or reentry systems. Through lived experience, advocacy, compassion, and hope, they help others navigate recovery, overcome barriers, build connections, and successfully reintegrate into the community, reflecting the core values of peer support, resilience, dignity, and recovery for all.
Eligibility:
Nominee must be an Arizona-certified Forensic Peer/Family/Parent Support Specialist and actively providing Forensic Peer Support services.
Selection Criteria:
Demonstrated impact in forensic peer support through outreach, reach-in services, or reentry support.
Evidence of going above and beyond to reduce barriers for justice-involved individuals and their families.
Additional contributions showing commitment to recovery, resilience, wellness, and lived-experience leadership in the community.
