Exceptional Leadership

There are three criteria categories for the Leadership area. Leadership awards will recognize individual leaders who excel in one or more of the following areas:
1. Member of community leadership who has focused on developing and building our lived experience workforce.
2.  Member of leadership who has mentored and coached future leaders to reach their goals.
3.  Member of leadership who led an organization cultural shift to ensure employee wellness, retention, and true staff appreciation.
