Inspirational Leadership
There are three criteria categories for the Leadership area. Leadership awards recognize individuals who excel in one or more of the following areas:
A community leader who has focused on developing, building, and supervising the lived experience workforce.
A leader who has mentored and coached future leaders in reaching their personal and professional goals.
A leader who has guided an organizational cultural shift that prioritizes employee wellness, retention, and authentic staff appreciation.
Eligibility:
Nominees may be supervisors, managers, executives, program leaders, peer leaders, or community leaders who demonstrate strong leadership, mentorship, and a commitment to supporting the lived experience workforce and creating positive organizational change.
Selection Criteria:
Demonstrates leadership that strengthens and supports the lived experience workforce.
Provides mentorship, coaching, and opportunities for emerging leaders to grow and succeed.
Promotes a workplace culture centered on wellness, inclusion, retention, and staff appreciation.
Shows measurable or lasting impact within their organization, team, or community through leadership and innovation.
Inspires others through collaboration, empowerment, and a commitment to positive systems change.
