Community Reinvestment Grant
We are honored to receive a 2026 Mercy C.A.R.E.S. Community Reinvestment Grant from Mercy Care to launch Pathways to Wellness: Supporting Transition-Aged Youth. This investment strengthens Arizona's integrated healthcare workforce by expanding trauma-informed, wellness-centered training that equips professionals to better support young adults across our state.
