Leaders in Motion: Co Reflections Supervisor

Co-reflection is a collaborative process that helps us reflect on our practice—how we are doing what we say we want to be doing. Through shared learning, practice, and reflection, participants co-create meaningful conversations that model the principles of Intentional Peer Support (IPS) and strengthen relationships at every level.

This interactive session provides a supportive space to reflect on your practice, explore how IPS principles can enhance leadership, and learn alongside fellow participants. Through guided discussion and shared experiences, participants will discover strategies to foster mutuality, strengthen workplace relationships, and support others using the values and practices of Intentional Peer Support.

Whether you are new to Intentional Peer Support or have years of experience, this is an opportunity to connect, reflect, ask questions, and grow together.

The online co-reflection runs for up to 90 minutes and is highly interactive. For the best experience, participants should join from a private, quiet space using a computer with both video and audio capabilities.
